About Rakaia School

Rakaia School is set back from State Highway 1 on Dunford Street with beautiful grounds and playing area for the students. 

The school has 130 students and 6 classrooms with a dedicated teaching staff and support staff. 

We have displayed some of the recent murals for you to see. The children created these at the end of term 4 2007 and had a great time improving the look of the school.

Below is a copy of mural outside room 4. We are very grateful to the parents who helped with this mural and the others completed around the school. We appreciated the time and effort it took to produce these lovely images.
